- My name is Stephanie Lada and I'm blessed with a wonderful husband (Austin) and three awesome children (Dylan, Tyler, and Chloe). We live in Maumee. Fate would have it that we would all come together as a family. Austin and I met a few years ago. We were married last year, and just had Chloe in April 2008. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thankful for all that God has done in my life over the years. My hometown is Portsmouth, OH where most of my side of the family lives. I miss my family daily and hate the distance between us, but know that we are always close at heart. Outside of my family, my career is very important to me. I'm an Executive Recruiter for The Mergis Group, focusing in the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, and Technical talent. What I enjoy most about my career is the fact that I get the opportunity to make a difference in the success of organizations, as well as in the lives of the candidates I work with.
